I received this product in exchange for a review. i tried it last night for the 1st time. i mixed some essential oils in like i always do and it left my hair so soft! im very picky with my deep conditioners as i do not feel like a lot of them do anything for my hair. this hair mask left my hair soft and shiny and moisturized! consistency is thick which is very nice and the smell is not strong also. overall i think i would purchase this again as i feel it did the job a dc is supposed to do. I just finished washing my hair with this product. I was a bit sceptical because it has cetearyl alcohol in it, but it left my hair soft and manageable. I really liked the whipped creamy consistency of the product. After I cleansed my 4b/4c hair, it was feeling pretty dry, even after prepooing. The conditioning mask gave my hair instant slip and made it very easy to detangle. I let it work for about 10 minutes, and it was softer, but it didn't feel moisturized enough. I received a full size jar of this in my Cocotique box and I LOVE it! It has great slip which allowed my hair to detangle easily. I used it on my son's 4C coarse hair and he fell in love with it too. It's a great price for a great product. I will be buying this one which isn't something I often do with subscription box products. Thank you!
